The costume jewelry pieces that I fabricate are constructed from both vintage and new glass, brass and other items. These pieces are inspired by myth, nature and ancient and more recent vintage design. When the brass is vintage I may accent the patina but it is mostly retained and preserved by lacquering. New pieces struck from vintage dies may be glazed in layers, enameled or antiqued but all exposed brass is lacquered. Each piece is a unique assemblage and the specific materials and any other information and history will be listed with the larger images. I often work in a related series and will not duplicate a piece, however I may be able to make a similar item for you. New items will be added as they are created so check back often.
